15 minute consultation
45 minute workout designed and tailored to meet your specific fitnsss goals. Will include a warm up and cool down. This is for busy women who only have a short time to dedicate to a workout.
75 minute session designed and tailored to meet your specific fitness goals. Will include a 10 minute warm up and a cool down.
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for your first session. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $25 cancellation fee. If you have any injuries, medical conditions, or concerns, please let me know before your session so I can tailor your workout safely.
